Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church: A Growing Faith Community

Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church is delighted to introduce Dr. Renton Rathbun as the new Pastor of our church family. With a heart for service and faithful teaching, Pastor Rathbun brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep commitment to guiding and growing our faith community.

God designed Sunday to be the pinnacle of our week—a dedicated day for rest, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. Living according to God's plan benefits us in nearly every aspect of daily life. We experience the peace, purpose, and unlimited blessings that come from walking with Christ in His love and grace.

Our corporate worship is intentionally simple, featuring spiritual songs in a sacred environment to help us start each week by furthering meaningful relationships, opening our hearts, and walking closely with God.

Since 2002, we have warmly welcomed members of the North Greenville and Greer communities to join us in worship, prayer, song, and service.

We are a confessional church that affirms the ancient Christian creeds (e.g. The Apostles’ Creed) and embraces historic Confessional Reformed theology, while remaining committed to the enduring principles of the Protestant Reformation. Our core beliefs are clearly summarized by the Five Solas of the Reformation.

• Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone):  The Bible is the sole written divine revelation and alone can bind the conscience of believers.
• Sola Fide (Faith Alone):  Justification is by faith alone.  Christ’s righteousness, imputed to us by faith, is the only possible satisfaction of God’s perfect justice.
• Sola Gratia (Grace Alone):  Our salvation rests solely on the work of God's grace for us.
• Solus Christus (Christ Alone):  Christ is the only mediator through Whose work we are redeemed.
• Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone):  To God alone belongs the glory.
